Prostitution Tolerance Zone Again Loses in Scotland


In mid-February, Vice Squad looked at a setback to a plan to allow open streetwalking in designated areas of Scottish cities. The red-light district plan continues to meet resistance; this time, the Scottish Executive refused to back the proposal, so its prospects in the Scottish Parliament are quite dim.
